A thorough physical examination helps guide us to tissues in your body that need to be:

  • lengthened
  • tightened
  • strengthened

If you are experiencing a high level of pain then your exercises will begin as simple movements to aid in your recovery. As your body progresses through different phases of healing we will upgrade your exercise program to include more challenging functional movements.
