Chiropractic Adjustments
The aim of a chiropractic adjustment is to restore movement to your joints and balance to your body. Imbalances in the mechanical structure of our tissues occur with postural stress, repetitive work and chemical and emotional stresses.
This can lead to one area of your body (e.g. the neck & shoulders) holding more stress in the tissues. The muscles in this area can shorten & cause restrictions through the joints which can be relieved with chiropractic adjustments.
The best way to assess if chiropractic adjustments work for you is to assess your range of motion before and after your treatment. We will work with you to improve your movement and, if necessary, provide rehabilitative exercises to enhance your recovery.
